BB Cycles accepts returns on items that meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
The item shows no signs of wear on the product or packaging.
Orders canceled prior to dispatch may be refunded but may incur a 10% processing fee to cover administration and payment costs.
If you are exchanging for a different size or colour (clothing, pads, shoes), you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
The following items CANNOT be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturer’s fault:
Sale/run-out items
Special orders
Custom wheelsets
Custom-built bikes
Complete bikes that have been unboxed
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returns postmarked after 14 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We do accept returns from orders shipped internationally. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, and all conditions above as to the state of the goods and packaging apply. Please contact us prior to sending back a return from outside Australia.
Customers must first contact BB Cycles through their account to obtain return approval.
After approval, customers may return the item to the address below.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Returns must include original, undamaged packaging.
Items damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is recommended to send returns with insurance and signature on delivery.
A tracking number must be emailed to BB Cycles once the return has been sent.
Refunds will be processed back into the original payment method within 48 hours of BB Cycles receiving the returned item. It may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.
No refunds will be issued until the item has been received at BB Cycles.
Refunds on Postage are only available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
In other cases, customers will receive store credit or a replacement product.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind, the wrong size ordered, or simply "not liking" a product or colour.
